Simon and Ben Marsh are the
fifth generation of the Marsh family
to run the business. Simon is the Chaiman of the Group whilst Ben concentrates
on the family's farming activities and handles some key accounts in the southern
half of the UK.Simon's son Peter joined the Company in 1996 and has recently
assumed the role of Chief Executive; he of course is the sixth generation
of Marsh family to have joined the Company.
