Saturday 21st January saw another running of the Peter Marsh Chase at Haydock Park.
175th Anniversary
The Peter Marsh Group, the Bootle based packaging company is busily preparing for its 175th Anniversary. The Group consists of Peter Marsh & Sons Ltd who make paper sacks and Peter Marsh Packaging who make corrugated boxes.
Wayne Thomas Retires
On Thursday 31st March 2011, Wayne Thomas an employee of 29 years retired shortly after his 67 Birthday. Wayne had been a Director of the Company and played a massive part in the quality, Environmental and health and Safety areas within the Group.

Corrugated Products
We make corrugated products for all uses with the accent on short lead times. Whilst we focus on the North-West, we are geared to deliver throughout the United Kingdom should the quantities be sufficient. Our product is of the highest quality as it is our policy to use only the best suppliers. Being an independent company allows us to buy from anyone.
Corrugated Boxes
Our customers’ requirements vary dramatically from simple brown box work to high quality print runs. We are able to run both small and large orders to short lead times and in turn assist customers with their print requirements. Also, with the advent of internet shopping, the need for postal packs has increased and we are geared up to supply this market.
Corrugated Die-cuts
We have the facilities to manufacture display units, die cut work, fitments and pads. These can be made in plain and printed form and again in short lead times. Our sales team assist customers with these designs with samples being supplied when required. Furthermore, we can supply microflute products to allow high quality print on speciality die-cut boxes
